They sell a 7 year warranty but it's a massive con as unless you keep the manual it's void. Don't worry though, a new manual is only 130.

Vaillant have brilliant, helpful trainers and have been able to offer really useful online courses (during the pandemic) for less experienced persons in the industry, like myself. I'm very grateful - thank you.

Had a great time and experience with vaillant. There free eco tec commissioning and services boiler course was fantastic teaching us absolutely everything you need to know with hands on experience handy tips and fault finding and as many questions as you can ask. We were given a free lunch and as many hot drinks as you want :). Being new to the gas industry I've walked away a lot more confident and would recommend this company and course to all. Thanks

PUT FAMILYS LIFE IN DANGER!! They left A GAS LEAK in my house for 3 days running with 2 BABIES under 2 years old. I filed a complaint which was ignored completely even though they put a whole family at risk! absolutely disgusting service! ridiculous communication between eachother within the company, the worst experience of any phone line and a unprofessional company I've experienced in my life I am going to forward my complaint to the Citizens Advice Bureau and trading Standards Agency as communication with Vaillant is impossible.
