Debbie was the perfect trainer. Her presentation style was clear and easy to follow. I have been on many training courses and this was one of the best. Im trying to put all I have learned into practice and my understanding of wellbeing in the workplace has been greatly improved.

I recently arranged for Wellbeing in Work to conduct some training for my team. They ran a series of mental health first aid training which was incredibly well received by my team. Some of the feedback was that this is the most important work course they had been on for years. Thank you.

Debbie was a wonderful leader for the recent MHFA training I participated in. Great communication from the start and a friendly, open approach to delivery. Always there to listen and answer questions when needed. I would highly recommend her.

An excellent course, full of detail and clearly and sensitively delivered by Debbie. I would highly recommend this course to help boost your confidence to deal with situations around mental health in your professional and personal lives. Like other first aid it's a "first response" that can help to triage and refer someone who is suffering to more long term support, but it will deepen your understanding of the issues involved.
