N-gaged training

N-Gaged Bristol Training provider. 14th December 2020 I signed up, by June 2021 I had completed all courses to be eligible for my funding. I completed all theories by November 2021, to then be told the earliest they could get me in was February 2022. 3 weeks ago they booked me in to take my class 2 test for 25th March 2022. Yesterday, I received this extremely unprofessional email. The last 15 months absolutely wasted. If anyone is in Bristol and have signed up with them, please find someone else.

Arranged over the phone training but never called. Once this was re-arranged they then again didnt call on the arranged date. Have tried to contact since but no reply to emails and no amswer to my calls

I would give it 0 stars but I cant. What can I say? I attended a security guard course 3 months ago and passed everything. Since then Ive heard nothing Ive got no active licences or applications on SIA and Ive not been contacted not even once. I completed level 2 English and the security course and I have nothing to show for it. What a waste of space. A waste of my Time and effort. A disgrace of a company. My work coach at the job centre has now given up contacting will roe as he doesnt respond. They cant get an answer from anybody neither can I. I had an email this week the first point of contact since the end of the course 3 months ago regardless of the multiple attempts to chase them up. The email said that I would be contacted by the end of this week. More false hope and lies, when does it stop.
