        Keen DIY'er and have used West Tools on a few occasions not just for equipment but for advice. The whole team are superb. Family business and it shows in how they talk and help customers. Can't recommend them enough.

        Took in my Makita GN900 nailgun that stopped firing. Repairs were done as soon as parts needed arrived and they even gave it an internal clean free. Great lads good prices. Will use again and recommend to anyone.

        West Tools are excellent, I went in the a black decker drill that has served me well for years until I mistreated it. Yup in, repaired and out! Brilliant, friendly service, told me what was fixed and what, because of the drill's wouldn't be fixable in the future as part availability. They saved a faithful old work mate.
