        Friendly on the phone - but very difficult to do business with. Perhaps they're not interested in the DIY'er? Item I ordered wasn't in stock so was substituted. Items delivered 4 hours ahead of schedule - so I had to rush home, then the driver made no effort to demonstrate the products. I hired for a week as it was the same cost, that ment if there was bad weather I could postpone my works, as it happened I was done in 2 days - I chased hire station 4 times to get the equipment collected, eventually they arrived after 9 days. I refuelled the machines as was told I'd get a refund of the mandatory fuel charge - I've chased twice and that hasn't happened.
