We recently identified issues with our existing telecoms provider, so spoke with Ontel to see what they could offer. After speaking with Meirion and Adrian, they had explained how they could solve the issues we were having. My concern at this point was that such a comprehensive system was going to cost a fortune. When the quote came through, I was pleasantly surprised as it was going to be a significant cost saving compared to the current incumbent. It's almost 3 months now since we had the system installed and it's made our Customer Service and Sales process more efficient, streamlined, reportable, and the quality of the system is the best I've had the pleasure of working with. I have already recommended Ontel to other companies I work with.

Used Ontel to bring in a new phone system for work and from start to finish they were brilliant! My experience with Ontel has been nothing short of fantastic. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always at the end of the phone if I need anything or encounter a problem. I found them particularly impressive when helping me decide what would be the best course of action on setting up phone lines for my small business. They were able to ensure that the choices I made about my telecoms were not only appropriate for now but adaptable and future proofed for when the business grows.
