We wouldnt hesitate to recommend Impact IT if you are considering a new website, or even updating an existing one. They are a wonderful team to work with, hugely supportive, technically equipped and incredibly friendly. These guys are actually proactive, they completed a full IT report on my systems. They sit down with my team annually to review IT best practices and areas where investment is needed and offer good training and product advices to ensure I get the most out of my systems

I work for a small charity, Rahela Trust who work to fight for women's education in Afghanistan. It was my mission to set up Microsoft Office for the growing team so we'd have solid foundations for the future as we grow, and increase efficient communication and exchange of information between us and our in-country coordinators. Unfortunately, I hit a road block in my mission and couldn't overcome an IT issue - but as a fledgling charity we didn't have the budget to spend on professional help! I outreached to Impact IT and they were absolutely amazing and agreed to donate their services to help. They were patient when I explained the issue I was facing and super effective in solving it. I had been struggling with this issue for a MONTH. We at Rahela Trust couldn't be more grateful - or recommend Impact IT more. Thank you so much again for helping us and putting us in good stead.

I cannot thank Impact enough for designing and developing my website for me. Nancy and Dave have been amazing, totally understanding the look and feel that I wanted to achieve and making the whole process simple and easy, nothing was ever too much trouble. I have been so impressed with the whole experience, would thoroughly recommend them for anyone looking for a new website.
