Communication was great beforehand, taxi was on time and service to Bristol airport was great

This is the first time I used Starline and my experience was fantastic. I booked an airport transfer from Bristol airport. My flight was delayed by 1.5 hours and I emailed to inform the taxi company so that I don't lose my taxi or pay extra. they notified the driver straight away and let me know they did so, which was a relief. The driver, Mr Ali communicated well to let me know where the pick up point was, they were pleasant, courteous and the taxi was clean and looked after. They drove me to destination efficiently and with the right amount of chit chat, considering it was early hours. Very happy with the service. I will use again and I will recommend.
