I used Kenneth and Edwards to survey a 17th century property upon a recommendation and found them to be a very helpful and knowledgeable company, Works were carried out on time and the report issued within the agreed timescale. I would certainly have no problem recommending to others.

Myself and my partner used Kenneth and edwards on a recommendation from a friend and we couldnt be happier to recommend them to one and all. Ben, Rebecca and the rest of the team were extremely helpful and communicative. Ben was very thorough and the report was easy to follow. They provided an estimate for any works required as well as a timeline of what needed to be done. And everyone we dealt with was just very nice. Thanks guys!

Fabulous service. Never used them before, but I needed a survey done very quickly. Luckily they had a cancellation and surveyor took time to meet me on site after he had done his survey and spent ages talking me through all the issues, including some handy hints re energy saving. He was very generous with his time. Report came a few days later and was really comprehensive and readable. As an aside the Director at Kenneth & Edwards hunted through very aged files re an historic issue at the building. There was no money it for them but they were happy to spend time just to help a client. Definitely happy too recommend.
