While the order took a while to come (just over 15 days), the quality of the changing robe and craftsmanship was faultless - and for a very good price! The company were also quick to respond when emailed. Recommend.

If I could leave zero stars I would! I purchased a wetsuit on the 5th of July for my wife's birthday, it was dispatched a couple of days later but I still haven't received it. The tracking number doesn't work, and when I googled the courier it led me to a Chinese company that after some investigation has been set up as a scam company. You will notice that Coastal Paddle boards has no contact phone number. I have tried numerous times to email them using their email address and also their contact page on there website and no reply. I feel like I have been scammed and even if this company is legitimate the way they go about their business is poor at best. They took my money, didn't supply the goods, and are now uncontactable. PayPal are now investigating this. If you buy from this company, flip a coin and hopefully fate will be on your side, if not hopefully your bank or PayPal will be. Update on this purchase - After contacting this company via PayPal they contacted me saying they had sent a full refund via their website. This tuned out to be nonsense and I had to escalate the claim. PayPal ended up stepping in and refunding me directly. This company has made me really question the legitimacy of online sellers like this one! 10/10 for PayPal 0/10 for Coastal Paddlefrauds.

I recently received my paddle board from this company. Its perfect for myself and my friends and family to use this summer. It comes with everything you need and is easy enough in inflate and deflate. Great quality and lots of fun.
