    I only really leave reviews for places to leave 5 stars when I'm extremely pleased with the service. I unfortunately have to break this trend for this special case. I've never found such disgusting customer service in a supermarket. The staff are rude and are always too busy gossiping through their headsets to be of any help or do any work. I would strongly recommend to anyone planning to go here to simply cross the road and go to Tesco. Don't waste your time with these people.

    Really rude staff. Had multiple incidents in this Sainsburys of being ignored and being rudely spoken to. This evening i went to the kiosk and said to the gentlemen Im always unsure where to put the items (referring to the basket and bag side) to which he pointed to the self service and said you should put your items there. Insinuating that he didnt want to serve me despite me needing to purchase something from across the till. Other incidents of staff not serving people and talking to one another over their headset. When theres queues at the kiosk staff seemingly ignore you. I have had multiple bad experiences
