Can I start by saying, I have shopped at Iceland for years, I will NEVER spend another penny in their store, please allow me to explain why . . I went to Iceland, Willowbrook, in Bradley Stoke, Bristol. I needed a 1 coin for their trolley, (I only had a 2 coin) so I entered the store and asked the girl at the check out (politely) "please can you you exchange this 2 coin for 2 1 coins so I can use one of your trolleys" the answer was a firm "NO" ! I said. . But I don't have a pound coin. Its to use in YOUR trolley so that I can spend my money in THIS store. It was still a firm NO followed by "If I did as you requested I would .. . LOOSE MY JOB . . THE MANAGER WOULD SACK ME !! to the manager of this ICELAND, I will NEVER shop or spend my money in ANY of your stores again, to say I'm disgusted is an understatement. Shame on you Iceland, NEVER again

Good shop with plenty of product variety. I was surprised at what they were selling. Frozen meals are pretty good value.
