One of the worst experiences ever. A horrible application,website and staff!!! I was given a gift voucher worth 59. I tried to use it on the website it never worked. I tried on the app and it also never worked. I called 3 times and I spent laterally more than 30mins on the chat explaining to your employee the problem. She replies with none sense. I tell her the card number shows wrong and I can't complete my purchase. She replies saying the refund will reflect after 7 days your payment didn't go through!!! What?!!!. I called the customer service again! And the rudest person answers the phone. I spent 48 mins on the phone explaining. She starts interrogating me. Who gave you the card ? If you want a refund, it means you purchased the card so how do you say it was given to you?. She tells me according to your postcode the filton is close to you and you say you chose Gloucester road, why?. She kept using that attitude and she ends up shutting the phone in my face.
