Could not recommend TM Structures Ltd more! We booked TM Structures to assess a load bearing wall that needed knocking down. TM Structures Ltd stood out when chosing a structural engineer as he had a much more comprehensive booking approach. Terry was extremely professional, friendly and efficient. He kept me fully informed on what he would be doing for the day, and was patient when I needed to move the room around for him to access under the carpet. Our builder (separate company) added some unexpected urgency to see the report quickly after the visit (faster than the agreed turnaround time), and without complaint Terry responded and sent this over sooner to accommodate - I'm sure working out of office hours to assist. Terry certainly went above and beyond to assist us, from the booking all the way through to finalising the report. His services were also reasonably priced. Would 100% recommend TM Structures Ltd for the Bristol (and surrounding) area.

I have been working with Terry for about three years now both professionally and personally and would highly recommend him. He is very thorough and comes up with the best and safest solution on every project. Pricing is also very realistic compared to others in the Bristol area.
