Firstly, Russell and Bob who did the removal were brilliant -very skilled ,polite, really careful with our stuff and hard working -we were very impressed by these two.
We dropped 2 stars as the company charged us 500 more than the other quotes we got but having to book last minute, we lost our place with other removers so we didnt have a choice .The office knew full well we didnt need the size of van they supplied but also they didnt give us any other option or offer of a suitably sized van for the job so all in all, we felt quite ripped off by them .
