Great service , AMAZING steak , absolutely delicious. A little expensive, but quality is never cheap , and the food / service from Pavol was outstanding, so worth every penny . Will definitely come again next time we're in Bristol.

Receptionist very pleasant and helpful, Sylvester in the bar was outstanding and very knowledgeable, of the wines , the meal was not so good , very disappointing, I had a 12oz sirloin , I get that you get a bit of fat but this was all the way through the meat!! also I didnt get my quarter of lettuce with dip until I nearly finished my meal , I did say I wasnt happy but the waitress was not interested nor was the gent in the suit that took my money, would I go there again I dont know as it was a lot of money for a plate full of fat ! The breakfast was outstanding as were the waitresses , could not fault the hotel , brilliant . Parking: Parking was tight small spaces compact
