Brilliant company. We had a small pane of glass to be replaced in a leaded front of a piece of furniture. Natalie was able to do it within a few day, at a very reasonable price and, did a great job.

Let me begin my experience/ story with a little background. I live in the USA and am in the process of restoring a pre-Victorian/ Greek revival home (ca 1848) one of my windows had an intricate 1880s Victorian lace pattern of stars, flowers, and octagons. There is a side by side pair of these windows showcased in the front of the house, one of them was cracked to smitherines, glued, taped and left to look terrible by the previous owner. I had been searching for a year for someone who could do this matched work. Alas I found Cut Lines Glass and promptly contacted Natalie at the company; she immediately returned my emails and worked very closely with me to get the pattern correct. Knowing they are in the UK and I am in the USA I know shipping a window back would probably cost much more than the work itself so I inquired if she could sell me the stencil so that I could do it myself. She was more helpful and accommodating than I could have imagined. The price was VERY fair, and the shipping to the USA was very fast. I couldnt wait to etch the glass (never did that before), and my apprehension quickly turned to confidence knowing that Natalie was there if I had any questions. Job complete, the etch job came out great but more spectacular was the perfect match and I mean perfect match that the pattern from Cut Lines provided. When my wife and I have company over the first thing they notice is the un-cracked window, and comment always follows how much did THAT cost With Natalies help, not that much! The take home message is simple, Cut Lines gets an A++ in my book for quality, courtesy, and value. Thank-you Cut Lines, from across the pond.

Having just moved house we discovered that a number of panels were cracked in the stained glass surroundings of our inner porch door. We contacted Natalie at cutlines glass through a recommendation and within a week she had assessed the damage and provided us with an quote. Natalie then promptly returned to remove the damaged panels and a couple of weeks later has restored them back to their former glory. The precision and quality of craftsmanship was outstanding. Natalie is talented in stained glass repair and we would highly recommended her services.
