        I've been going to Sarah's fitness Pilates classes for almost a year now and would highly recommend her - positive vibes, a highly professional approach, and a good workout every time.

        I've been going to Sarah's classes for a number of years now, and absolutely love it. Her Fitness Pilates class is great for building strength and her HIIT class is fun, whilst hard! Over the last year I've also started having a sports massage with her once a month or so. This has really helped the tightness in my muscles and the pain in my shoulder from working at a desk everyday! Highly recommend!

        I went to Sarah for Kinesiology a month ago and since then I have been feeling so much better! I was suffering with bug after bug and my body was telling me something. Sarah was so thorough and went though everything with me in a very clear and informed manner. I felt very comfortable with discussing all of my health history. I can not recommend Sarah highly enough. I am looking forward to my follow up review.

        I have been seeing Sarah for a number of months for back and neck problems associated with desk work and sport, her sports massage treatment is hugely beneficial. Would definitely recommend!
