Ben Tolson Therapies

I've been seeing Ben for about 8 years now to help me with muscular and nerve problems in my lower back, which I have following a discectomy in 2012. Ben really know's his stuff, and always manages to relieve me of the pain and discomfort I'm in through deep tissue work and sometimes acupuncture. He's also always really helpful with general advice on exercise and work practices as well. I highly recommend him!

Ben is such a fantastic chiropractor! I booked an appointment with him because I had been experiencing pain in my arm and shoulder for quite some time, and in a single session he managed to greatly improve my mobility and amend almost completely my tissue damage. Definitely recommendable.

Expert treatment with an evidence based approach. Ben resolved severe nerve pain in my back quickly and efficiently with a pleasant demeanor throughout. Ben was honest about the sessions needed and left me with effective preventive exercises. Can't recommend highly enough.

I've just been for my first massage session with Ben and couldn't recommend him enough. I am extremely active with the gym/running/crossfit and have consequently built up some very tight muscles in the process, and I now have quite poor mobility. But I am really looking forward to working through this with Ben and he's also given me a mobility plan to work on which is very helpful
