In four years, none have impressed me as much as Zoe. And that's quite the list of specialists, doctors, surgeons and physio therapists. Four years ago I broke my back in the places along with my knee and neck of femur, at one stage I stocked more opiates than your local pharmacy. Last year the last offer to me from the NHS was an anterior discectomy and fusion. Since then, I've tried a few different therapies to combat the pain and mobility problems, with some success but mainly disappointment. Zoe is nothing short of a miracle. She notices problems with my body that, until recently, had been unknown or not taken into consideration by the NHS. I still cannot believe the results after just a matter of weeks. I've been able to move better, with less pain relief than before, and for the first time in for years I have brief moments where there is no pain, it had me in tears a few times, happy ones. Other symptoms causing annoyance (nerve tingling, stability problems that malarkey) have gotten milder. It makes me feel human again Zoe as a person is different, she's warm, friendly and funny, explains why and how in terms even I can understand and is the most accurate professional I've met. I don't notice the benefits during the massage but instantly after I do and each time there are improvements. She has flaws, everybody has. Zoe charges too little for what she gives back.

Zoe is incredibly intuitive and caring, working with you to get to the root of the issue. She uses a wide range of techniques catered to your specific needs and her experience is obvious in the immediate effects of her treatments. My back and neck function so much better than before meeting her and I am more resilient as a result.

Zoe was the first who solved my painful muscle problems by using her excellent skills. She is perfect in giving deep tissue massage and her treatments are very relaxing as well as extremely beneficial. I can only recommend Zoe - she always is performing on a very high level
