My back and jaw have been giving me pretty consistent pain for years. After a session with Issie, I could tell that it wasnt normal to feel that level of discomfort and there was actually a way out! I highly recommend them and cant speak enough for their expertise.

I have recently visited Lola for dry needling, after suffering with chronic back pain and muscle spasms. After trying everything else, even though I have a fear of needles, I thought I'd give it a go. Within hours of the treatment, I was pain free and 1 month later still 99% better than when I arrived for first appointment. Would highly recommend!

Ive been visiting Lola for several years now due to a long term pain issue whilst I wait for a hip replacement. She is so warm, welcoming and really listens to my needs. She is professional and can tell which parts of my body need treatment just by touch. She knows exactly where to work her magic (and it is magic!). Recently, she has also helped me with a trapped nerve in my neck when I couldnt get a doctors appointment. I visit Lola every 6 weeks. Without her I would be much more reliant on taking pain medication which I prefer not to. 100% recommend for any niggles no matter how big or small.

Lola and the team are all amazing! Saw Issie today for a massage due to having a bad neck and she was incredible! So knowledgeable, made me feel really at ease and all the tension in my neck and shoulders melted away! Highly highly recommend.
