The amount of money I have spent with Chiropractors and Physiotherapist is astronomical and still it was no better. This was until I visited Andy at Core Strength Studios. I'm not going to say they have cured it all (well not yet anyway!) but the difference has been amazing.
I can now put my socks on in the morning with out it being a huge struggle and long walks are no longer stop start.
I really can't recommend them highly enough.
A huge thanks go to Andy, Lydia and the team for making all this possible and changing my life for the better!

Working with Andy has been fantastic, I'm not completely pain free but my recovery from any problems is so much quicker. My overall fitness has improved greatly as I trust my back will stand up to physical exercise. In fact I recently completed a charity bike ride to Bordeaux.
If you do suffer with back problems please give core strength a go. You will have to work at it, like many things in life you will have to put effort in but the results will be worth it.
