This only needs to be a short review: from the first phone call and visit from Jack through to the installation by Ben, Richard, Luke and Tom I unreservedly recommend this company to anyone wishing to install a PV system.

Jack and his team has been just amazing. The have kept us upto date throughout the process. They are super courteous, been very prompt in answering queries and amazing after sale service. Their pricing is super competitive and the customer service is unbelievable. Had some small issues/question after installation and they have come around to answer questions sort out the configs.. I would defenitely highly recommend.. And also Ben has been amazing to deal with during and after installation process.

This is our third install with Jack and the team at JTD (solar in a previous house, solar on current house and now a battery) We could not recommend them more highly. Jack came on all occasions and provided a prompt, simple and competitive quote. Answering all questions and explaining things really well. The installs were completed on time and the team are a pleasure to have in your home working. The handover again was thorough but simple to understand. If you are thinking of having solar then look no further than JTD as they are a class act.

We highly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase solar panels or EV chargers. This was the second company that came to our house. The first was a pushy salesman, who offered lots of discounts if we signed on the night. JDT was totally different, not pushy or offering discounts. Just giving an honest price to start with. Our panels were fitted after a couple of weeks of signing up. The whole process took nearly two days. The friendly and knowledge team were amazing. The wiring is exceptionally tidy and unnoticeable. We even had an extra follow up meeting the day after fitting, to go through any queries we had. We are so glad we found this local company to fit our panels and EV charger.

Outstanding, personal and thoroughly professional service from JTD. The visit from Jack to give an estimate was extremely prompt and helpful, with him even coming out to us on a Sunday. He answered all our questions and his estimate was comprehensive and arrived very quickly. After deciding to go ahead with a 12 panel roof-mounted solar array, with a back-up battery, we were given clear information about the installation of the scaffolding and the date and timetable for the fitting itself. The installation team of Ben, Richard, Luke and Tom arrived when expected and all got to work like a well-oiled machine. Every one of them knew exactly what they were doing and they were friendly, tidy, efficient and did a fantastic job. We had a been a bit anxious about how they were going to get the 97kg battery into our attic but it was obviously something they were all very experienced with. Ben gave a very thorough and helpful briefing to us about how everything worked and how to use the app to monitor how the system was working before the team left and we had a contact phone number if needed. The whole experience could not have been more straightforward and we are delighted with the end result and the amount of electricity the solar panels and battery are generating and storing for us, despite the short days at this time of year and the minimal amount of sun we have been getting. I would thoroughly recommend JTD to anyone thinking of having Solar panels installed, without any reservation at all. Peter Wardle (System installed November 2022)
