Excellent and comprehensive service. My laptop drive failed and I couldn't load Windows or access any of my files. After unsuccessfully trying online tech teams and the Acer tech community forums, I turned to Steve. He collected my laptop the same day from home. Steve fixed the problem, replaced the drive (now with a long warranty), reinstalled Windows 10, and recovered all of my data, photos, videos etc that I thought I'd lost. Steve returned the laptop to my home when sorted and the cost was as quoted. We will use Steve in future for any computer problems. A super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful chap.

I would NOT recommend this company. I left my netbook with Steve to see if it could be updated over a year ago. Every time I go to the shop it is closed. I have tried phoning on the landline and the mobile and have sent texts but have had no response. I don't think I will ever get it back. Also when he updated my laptop he set up Word using his email address and password so I can't use that and will have to get someone to sort that out.

Needed help with my lap top whilst trying to finalise a eulogy whilst in the funeral directors next door viewing a loved one. Emotions all over the place i was not in a good place. I popped in hoping i could be helped on the off chance. I was treated with the utmost sympathy and support for laptop was able to let me make amendments needed and print. So very kind and vrry helpful. Excellent service and charges. Would not hesitate to recommend.
