        Terrible service. I called multiple times over the last month requesting a key replacement for my car. I Was told it would have to be a different employee and that they would call me back. They never did . I even got another branch to email them my details asking to contact me hoping to make some progress. I never heard back. Having finally got through to someone today they denied all knowledge of my existence and having expressed my frustration at the whole process they refused to help me . Unreal

        Absolutely brilliant dealing with the staff at Timpsons. Had my car key programmed, the job was completed quicker than initially advised, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
