Dropped off a pair of very worn boots, paid 35 for new heels and soles. Said they'd be ready in a week and they were. Both members of the team I met were really helpful and friendly and don't make you feel rushed. The repair on my boots is absolutely spot on and I'm really happy. 10/10 I will be back with another pair!

No one ever answers phone in the shop , it was unplugged when mentioned it when I went down again only to find after a month my shoes weren't repaired .Was told I would get a call when ready for collect . Went in the following week only to notice them myself on the bottom shelf when told still not ready . Repair costing 20.00 for a very small bit of stitching and elastic repair on an ankle strap made was so weak with a very thin piece of elastic, not happy. This is still not resolved.
