My sewing machine was repaired and serviced last week . Now running like a dream.

I telephoned to say that the material would not feed through my machine and that I had followed the manufacturers guidelines to resolve the fault but it wasnt helping so could I book it in for a repair. I spoke to a lady who advised me on what else I could check before taking it to them. One of her suggestions resolved the issue. They are not about just trying to sell you something like so many retailers. They have an old fashioned attitude of give good service and you retain your customer. I bought my last 3 machines here, upgrading each time and I always have them serviced here. They also have great teachers to help you get to know your machine. Thank you Direct Sewing Machines.

Went into DSM to have a look at machines and ask advice. Extremely helpful and knowledgable staff who took the time to run through features of several machines and answer questions. Felt absolutely no pressure to purchase but did so because of the service I received. Cant wait to test out my new machine I look forward to dealing with them in future and would happily recommend.

Had my Janome serviced here. Paid a bit extra for express service and it was done within a couple of days. Have to say its like a new machine! So quiet and smooth running - Ill be able to use it early in the morning without disturbing the rest of the flats!! Thank you for doing a great job, Ill be back next time with my overlocker!
