Excellent customer service and fast delivery. I lost a spare key to my Abus bike lock and ordered another couple of spares. I was concerned that I'd ordered wrongly so phoned to check on my order. The guy I spoke to answered my questions with ease and put my mind at rest. Spare keys arrived three days after placing order and work perfectly. Thank you very much
