We have been customers of this company for 3 years for our home security. All was fine until we decide to leave due to non competitive prices. We found out to our surprise that we cannot deactivate the system or remove it, but only the company should or can for a significant fee. Scumbags. Wanting to squiz some more money out of you even at the last minute. My advice is if you have some self respect and value your hard earned money to avoid at all costs.

Useless company. We asked them to fit an alarm and a camera system on the 20th of April 2020. We've signed paid 180 for deposits and to arrange fitting but they never called or showed up. Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. As soon as stopped paying monthly subscription everything stopped working.

They sent me a due payment, but I know and I have proof in my bank account that I made the payment. When I called them, he lied to me and said, oh, I'm sorry that this payment means March and April. I have a question about how April disbursement has fallen, if it's only March 23. I am not at all satisfied for a costumer service, rude unprofessional and not friendly. If my contract end I will going to the other company.
