    Terrible customer service and complaints and cancellation policy. I have repeatedly tried to cancel and they have said i cant until they call me back. They deliberately call me when I say Im not available. When I call back they say I cant speak to anyone and I have to wait for the one caseworker to call me back. They then said theyve changed my caseworker as they said the system hasnt been working for me. This has happened 6 times! They then told me I should be better at answering my phone. They literally wont let me cancel. Next step is ombudsman I suppose as they wont give me details of caseworker to make a formal complaint.

    Do not do contract with these company. They charge tones of money for nothing and when you want to close the contract they do some requests and after that they say that you are not answering the phone and the continue to charge. From 3 months is the same story with this company. Just avoid them

    The customer service is horrendous. I been waiting for a telephone called over a month with no response. I have over charged on my account. My customer no:323125. It will be much appreciated someone could get back to me asap! Its been impossible to get in touch with then too
