Just had a visit from Ollie this morning who was on time, wore a mask as requested and came fully equipped to fix our house alarm which was older than he is! Professional and knowledgeable throughout, he solved the problem and explained the process thoroughly. Checked the voltages across the system, all the PIRs, and replaced the battery which was long overdue for replacement. Every alarm company needs lots of Olivers. It's the first time we have used CAP Security, and only then because they were local to us. So glad we did, and it won't be our last. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

I contacted CAP Security as they are a local company and had done some work for a neighbour. I needed a couple of faults with my house alarm sorting out, plus a service and check of the whole system. The whole thing was great from start to end, from first enquiry through to the work being done and then the invoicing. Also very thorough Covid precautions and a really helpful engineer (Adrian). Great service and reasonable price, highly recommended.
