Couldn't be happier with the work and the service provided by Omega. We got several quotes for a CCTV and 2 Zone Fire System at our warehouse development, and Omega came up very competitive. From the get go Andy and his team were friendly, helpful, and they really went above and beyond when it came to some of the unexpected challenges we came up against with other aspects of our development project. I have dealt with countless tradespeople from all sorts of areas over the last couple of years and I can honestly say that I have been blown away by the service that Andy and Omega have provided. I used this company last year after they were recommended to me and I am so glad I did. I have had a full security alarm system installed, dummy cameras and they even set up and installed my Ring doorbell and app for me at a very competitive price! They are professional and hassle free dont try to push sales or extras on to youthey basically give you all the information you require to make an informed decision. Ive used Omega for a number of years, their high level of service has been the same from day one; keen to provide you with the equipment you need and not to sell you something you dont. Imogen has just checked all of the devices, replaced batteries and even moved a sensor to provide better coverage as the room layout had changed since the last test; this was all completed as part of the annual maintenance. Martyn and his team fitted an intruder alarm and CCTV system in our home in 2019. They were honest, professional and did an excellent job. We invited omega back to our home in July 2022, to make some changes to our CCTV system. The work was completed to a high standard.
