Terrible Service..22/4/23 Yet again another order delivered from subway bradleystoke, willowbrook, Bristol wrong, we called the shop and spoke with a member of staff that was pretty much useless, after 10 minutes of trying to tell them the issue we were told that no drivers were available, this was early evening! Then they said they would re-deliver, after waiting a hour we rang back and spoke to another member of staff who was unhelpfull then we asked to speak to the manager which they kept saying ring back in five minutes then hung up on us. We rang back again and they would not redeliver as no drivers but we asked if we put a new order through would we get it tonight and it was a yes! After asking for the managers name/number and the persons name we were speaking to they hung up on us again, very unprofessional rude and liers, we're done with subway now will take our business elsewhere. We have emailed just eat for a refund for one large meal, we are waiting to hear back from them.
