Had the lunch deal which consisted of a meaty beef burger with sweet potato fries for an additional 1 add on and choices of soft drink/herbal tea etc (lunch deal was 7.95; but I paid 8.95). Thoroughly enjoyed the quality meal and even had 2 4 1 cocktails with added dessert. Great ambience, chilled vibe and decent customer service.

This was an awful experience. We waited 1h and 15min for our food and the food was not that great. The waiter was rude and didn't even apologised for the delay. If you're going to Bristol and you want to have a meal go elsewhere. It was truly disappointing.

Extremely poor customer service - Recent visit on Sunday lunch time was an awful experience. We were served dishes that were stone cold with no apology from the manager "Panos". He was extremely unprofessional and rude. Avoid this place at all costs! If no stars was an option, this is what they would get!
