"It's Not" Hot Pot

I spent two years living in Chongqing, so you can imagine my delightful surprise when I came across this authentic hot pot in Bristol! They had almost all of my favorite hot pot add-ins (sadly, they were out of quail eggs at my visit and I didn't find pumpkin on the menu!) My only regret was not going spicier on the spicy side of our split pot

It was my first time trying hot pot and I absolutely loved it! The food was so tasty and it was also great value for money for the amount of meat we ordered! I will definitely be going there again! For anyone who likes an alcoholic drink, please note that the restaurant doesn't allow the consumption of alcohol in their premises. We didn't mind that at all, plus it also allowed us to enjoy the experience and focus on the cooking.

Had an early dinner with family. Very good hot pot. We ordered the two broth option, one of them medium spicy which, for us, was spicy enough. Service was quick and friendly. The only reason for a 4 star rating was the lack of liquor license. We certainly wanted/needed a beer to quench the spice. Otherwise everything was great. Thank you.
