Poor customer service!! Didnt even get in the restaurant!!! We had a reservation in which we turned up on time for and we were told to come back in 30 mins as theres no staff. We waited 30 mins and returned to be told they still werent open as they are still waiting for staff. This was a hour after their opening time stated on there door. Got no apology we were not locals and deliberately waited an extra two hours of our day to eat at this restaurant so we were most disappointed. Also a bit of advice to Bare grills put on your website that you are closed at lunchtimes!!
