Perfect Balance Reflexology & Reiki

Shelley is just wonderful and her Reiki sessions leave me feeling so calm, relaxed and centered. My twice monthly sessions are non negotiable in terms of my mental and physical health, nothing else i have tried has had such a positive effect . Thank you Shelley

I've been seeing Shelley for around 10 years now, I was recommended by a friend who was a non believer in Reiki but was converted as he felt so much better after seeing her. I started with Reiki and moved over to Reflexology, I now have both. I'd highly recommend her, she has not only helped me physically but mentally as well as she is such a warm wonderful woman, at home I call her my "Mother Earth" :) Please please give it a go, you won't regret it!

I have been coming to Shelley for some months now and the reflexology for me has been incredible and truly works to reset me every time back to solid ground. Shelley is really kind, easy to talk to and a complete expert at what she does - I thoroughly recommend her whole range of treatments, she's amazing!

Back to my happy place today! Treatments with Shelley are always so nourishing for the mind, body and soul! If you try it I promise you won't regret it! I couldn't recommend Shelley enough! I felt at ease straight away and I walk away from every session feeling so relaxed, calm and grounded. She tailors each session to my needs, which can vary from session to session and recommends easy and simple things to do at home to accompany each treatment. They're like little life hacks that are a wonderful added bonus. Intuitive and knowledgeable!
