Ruth is a very effective and professional reflexologist and has the kindest and most sensitive of demeanours. I've always felt in really safe and caring hands, and I have never felt more comfortable, relaxed or benefitted health-wise than when I have had sessions with Ruth. She has made a huge difference to my life, the sessions have often proved very powerful. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Ive been having reflexology from Ruth for the past year and the treatments have been amazing, I float out of the room each time! I would carry on if I wasnt moving to the other side of the country.. Thank you Ruth, you really do have healing hands :)

Ruth is an absolute wizard with her ability to read your body without you giving her any ques. Each time I see her she hits the nail on the head with problem areas and is able to unblock the right area so you notice a difference afterwards. I always feel more energetic and more 'Me' after our visits and coudnt reccommend enough. Thank you Ruth!
