I have been having reflexology treatments with Liz for some time and she is a brilliant holistic therapist. I walk in feeling stressed/fatigued and walk out feeling lighter and more grounded. I can't thank Liz enough for all she has done for me in helping us achieve our dream of becoming parents. Liz was supportive and encouraging from the outset and she gave me so much of her time and thoughtful advice right from our initial phone call. I enjoyed every reflexology session with her and found her very skilled and knowledgeable. She made me feel at ease with her kind and caring nature and gave me confidence and strength to keep going. I was recommended to Liz over a year ago by a friend of mine who was receiving reflexology. When I first started seeing Liz I had not long finished chemo and radiotherapy. My body wasn't very well. Liz has been amazing. She is so supportive, friendly and so talented. I strongly feel Liz has worked wonders with my body. I continue to see Liz and will continue to do so.
