Austen Lloyd is a fantastic place to work. My personal experience over the past 8 months has been wonderful. The team here are super friendly, everyone makes you feel really feel welcome from the start. There is excellent, approachable management along with experienced consultants who are always willing to help and guide you, no question is too small. Achievements are always celebrated through the entire team with plenty of encouragement and support to succeed. The earning potential is huge and there are lots of other benefits like your birthday off, lots of social events and smaller treats like group lunches. This really is a firm that looks after their staff and makes you feel valued and encouraged.
