Gareth is great to work with. I have worked with a few recruiters before and you can tell the ones who are in it for the money and who genuinely wants to help you. Gareth is definitely the latter!

The director of the company Gareth emailed me regarding a job I had applied for, baring in mind they are a recruitment agency asking why I havent stayed in roles very long which to start with is very rude and unprofessional. Baring in mind this is meant to be the company director I could of had health issues or been made redundant for all he knows. Bit of a joke clearly has no actual knowledge of recruiting and embarrassing maybe you should think about how you approach potential candidates especially when you can be reviewed. Would not recommend companies using them if you actually want them to find you a candidate they will just insult you instead of building a rapport first. First rule of recruiting build a rapport and select good candidates not put them completely off your company and potential employers you recruit for.
