It was obvious that he had a fantastic working relationship with my future employer and it was clear to see why, he was really informative and very easy to talk to. Very refreshing to see a different approach to recruiting. No piling on the pressure on to get a commission if the role isnt a right fit. Very much the long term partnering vis the short term approach. I am very happy in my new role and thank Matt and the team for there support.

A great experience from start to finish. Matt contacted me directly as he felt that I would be a good fit for the role. He was extremely friendly and professional and went above and beyond to facilitate my interview and to ensure that I was well prepared. He was very knowledgeable and stayed in touch at all stages of the process and followed up post interview to ensure everything went smoothly. I wasnt actively looking for a new role at the time , however the fact he managed to firstly engage my interest in the role, but also find me such a perfect match is a testament to his ability.
