Maybe they were overloaded with work, but the support they gave me was really poor. I felt like the only client that matters is the employer, candidates are just a means for them to make money, with no empathy for them at all. Avoid at all costs.

Lengthy correspondence with Ron over the phone with a promise to follow up with a position applied for. No reply to phone call or emails. Absolute zero for effort. Not the best way to deal with clients, but pretty much the blueprint for employment agencies, and why employers are not using them anymore.
