I had a fantastic time working with Alex from Vocacio. I can't recommend them enough, as everything from the intial call scoping out the role and my eligibility was transparent and thorough. Vocacio went above and beyond having an introductory video meeting with the employing manager to get to know the business which was really useful. Alex was a great recruiter, providing solid advice and guidance throughout the interview process. Brilliant.

Vocacio breathe a breath of well needed fresh air into the the recruitment process. From initial contact they were engaging and truly interested in me as a person, not just a candidate for the role they were recruiting for. The video interview and introduction process was interesting and made fun by John and Rachel, and has been an excellent tool in my job search. Continually making contact to check on the progress of my job search, and having a laugh in the process, is so refreshing. I would happily recommend them to clients and candidates alike. This is what recruitment should look like.

Vocacio and Alex was a great experience. Alex is an engaging person that handled the whole recruitment process from beginning to end very professionally. The Video is an excellent idea and gives you a good idea of the company and their expectations. Was a very pleasant experience and would recommend them to anybody needing a recruitment company.
