Flair for recruitment are amazing! The interview prep really gave me an advantage and James in particular was so helpful in answering all my questions and boosting my confidence! I landed a role at my dream firm through Flair and I have already recommended their services to all of my friends looking for new roles :)

Update, 2 years later and Sarah at flair has really helped me out again. I'd write another 5 star review but Google doesn't let me. For recruitment in Bristol you don't need anyone else just call flair. Best in class. I've used a lot of recruiters through my working life and also worked for one, all be it briefly. I never felt like I was listened to so much and flair really make sure that they know what you're looking for. They don't just send your CV to places they really make an effort to make sure you really like a role, they never hold back the job specs and just are really easy to work with. I worked with Sarah mostly but everyone I spoke to; Jo, Ellie and several others - were so professional and polite. You really got the impression that they want you to fit their client and that means that they find you the right role for you! When I did have a minor issue with a test I thought wasn't the best (for a client not part of flair) they were so helpful and reassuring and caring that it was quite a nice shock to deal with such a kind recruitment agency! I'd highly recommend!
