Ordered food - roughly 3/4 of menu not available, after 1hr 15mins waiting for our food order, asked twice when our food order would arrive, when it eventually did all the hot food was stone cold like it been hanging about for 40mins.
Apathetic attitude by bar staff when asked for refund like it was the twentieth hed issued that afternoon.
