        My daughter suffered anixety from the lockdown and after trying tablets from the doctors and four other therapists we could hardly get her out of the house. Within 4 weeks David had her going out on a regular basis and attending school fully. Now after 3 months she is completely back to normal, no longer taking tablets and able to deal with her anixety. I cant thank them enough

        I came in with a severe difficulty to function on a daily basis due to anxiety. I have spent almost a year receiving CBT and it has left me with alot of skills abs the ability to be able to cope on my own. Cant say enough but thank you
