Tom helped me through a difficult time with great skill and sensitivity. He put me at ease from the start and was unfailing in his encouragement and motivation. He presented me with all the necessary tools at a manageable pace and communicated clearly how to incorporate them into my daily life. I have seen a few therapists and Tom has been by far the most helpful in overcoming my issues. I would highly recommend him to anyone, and will be doing so.

I've met Tom when going through a difficult personal time. During our chats, he's always been super helpful, understanding, relaxed and, by putting me at ease, he's taught me a lot of new tools to understand the way our mind works. Our chats have always been super interesting. By talking with Tom you'll get an increased self-awareness, and, by going at your own pace, one day you'll suddenly look back and realize the huge progress you'll have made. I highly recommend him!

I have been working with Tom for over 9 months and found his sessions highly practical. I feel I am equipped with the necessary thinking skills to tackle problems (career wise and life). My only wish is that I got my head round CBT earlier, it's been so impactful to me. Tom is just brilliant and I loved our sessions.

Tom has been absolutely fantastic. When I started therapy, I had no hope that I would be able to get through what I was going through. However, with Tom's excellent service, I have been able to get through what I thought impossible. Very personable and knowledgeable. I would recommend to anyone - 5 stars!!
