        It's a TERRIBLE PLACE.

        Staff treated horribly by management, failures hidden from auditors, patients (with a huge range of issues) all crammed together and only let outside when being reviewed. I knew someone who worked there - staff would get regularly beaten up by patients, sometimes even being hospitalised. Management would then pressure them to come to work next day. However bad you can imagine these facilities being, I assure you its worse.
