Absolutely terrible customer service! (I guess thats why they dont have many stars) They dont like to fix any problems. Very rude when on the phone when trying to get problems sorted. Promised multiple call backs from the manager . Never happened. Stay away from this company- no help whatsoever!!

My landlord's agency became part of this group last November. Since then I have reported problems with the property and none of them have been rectified. I have been without a light in the bathroom since December. When I asked about it I was told it was being dealt in another issue. When I checked this had been closed in February unresolved. I re-raised this issue two weeks ago and have had no response. I never had these issues before. I definitely wouldn't recommend them.

I had the most wonderful service from Campions over my 2 year tenancy. Gemma was always responsive and extremely helpful. I wish all management companies were as professional.

Hello, I had stayed with my wife for two years in a property managed by Gemma Chivers, from Campions. Gemma is a true professional that we enjoyed collaborating. What fascinated me was the speed she used to reply, to every matter or request in our emails. She is very responsible and she solved every issue we had with the apartment. We felt very good having such a partner that takes care of its tenants and property as well, to assure our comfort. I recommend Gemma Chivers and consequently, Campions Agency, to collaborate with. I had the most miserable year letting through campions. The black mould that they painted over every year began to take a toll on my health, including mental health causing me to have brain fog and sleeping problems. They took hundreds of pounds from our deposit for supposed lack of cleaning, despite all of us doing a deep clean several times throughout the year: the flat was dirty when we moved in. It took three months for them to fix our oven. It later broke again, and I had no access to an oven whilst recovering from surgery, which I made sure to tell the agency beforehand in hopes that they would have sympathy and fix it quickly. I wouldnt recommend this letting agents to my worst enemy. Those who work for this company should feel embarrassed and ashamed for what they put their tenants through, as based on these reviews I know we are not the only ones to have suffered.
